Grape juice concentrate
is a high-density liquid with a typical flavor of the grape it comes from. Varying colors from amber yellow to deep red, according to specification. The must obtained from pressing the grapes is filtered and concentrated by evaporating part of the aqueous content. Supplied supplied in insulated bulk tanker or IBC.
