Maltose Syrup DE 50
is a disaccharide consists of two glucose molecules. Maltose occurs in the nature -when seeds germinate, maltose is produced by enzymes. Approximately 50% less sweet than sugar (saccharose) and has a unique mouthfeel, high viscosity and pleasant taste. Supplied supplied in insulated bulk tanker or IBC.
