this extruded protein is made from hulled high oleic sunflower (Helianthus angustifolius) kernels of European origin by gentle cold pressing and fine grinding. With an average value of 55% of protein and a light-nutty flavour, the sunflower TVP is ideal as replacer and meat extender in vegan alternatives, and as protein enrichment in several meals.
