INFORMATION ON THE HANDLING OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA BY IFSA GmbH UPDATED ON 05.11.2019 AND IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE EU GENERAL DATA PROTECTION REGULATION (GDPR)

The protection and security of your personal data are very important to us. We take the legal requirements of data protection and data security very seriously. As of May 25, 2018, the European General Data Protection Regulation and a new data protection law apply. We have summarized the most important information for you regarding the processing of your personal data by us in the attached data protection information.

GENERAL IFSA GmbH takes the protection of your personal data very seriously. Your privacy is a major concern for us. We process your personal data in accordance with the applicable legal data protection requirements for the purposes listed below. Personal data within the meaning of this data protection information are all information that relates to your person. These include in particular:
Contract data
Your contact details (name, email address, address, phone number)
Your billing data
Your data regarding your website visits (cookies)
as well as data for communication with you (“Personal Data”).
PURPOSES OF PROCESSING 3.1 Contract execution

IFSA GmbH or service providers commissioned by us process your personal data to fulfill the contract with you. This includes, among other things, the 3D printing of your file, 3D scanning of your models, or package shipping, as well as communication with you. To fulfill the contract, we also transmit your personal data to third-party shipping service providers or financial institutions, as far as this is absolutely necessary for the fulfillment.

IFSA GmbH ensures that the 3D models and other files submitted for printing are treated confidentially and are not passed on to third parties. The models are deleted from our storage devices after contract fulfillment.

3.2 Advertising and tailored offers through customer data analysis

IFSA GmbH also uses your personal data to provide you with product, support, and service information. IFSA GmbH will also use your personal data for internal data analyses. Data analysis is carried out to improve and develop intelligent and innovative services and products by IFSA GmbH. During this data analysis, your data is processed either anonymously or, if anonymous processing is not possible or reasonable for factual reasons, in pseudonymized form. The aforementioned processing takes place if there is a legitimate interest, provided that your interest worthy of protection does not prevail (balancing of interests). The legal basis is a legitimate interest. IFSA GmbH’s legitimate interest is to offer you tailored products and to improve services and products.

We would like to point out that for the purpose of simplifying the shopping process and for later contract processing, the user’s IP data can be stored within the framework of cookies, depending on consent, as well as the data provided by the buyer.

Use of Google Analytics and Statcounter: austrionat.kinsta.cloud uses the analytics services Google Analytics and Statcounter. These use text files (cookies) stored on your computer to analyze website usage.

IFSA Newsletter:

IFSA GmbH will only address you with regular newsletters if you have given your separate consent. You can agree to receive messages from our company about our products, current offers, and company-related information via promotional emails, especially newsletters. You can revoke your consent to receive such emails at any time (in writing or verbally).

DURATION OF STORAGE AND DELETION OF YOUR DATA Your personal data in connection with a service order or purchase will be stored by us for a maximum period of 31 days after the end of the contractual relationship and then deleted. The legal basis for this is a balancing of interests. Our legitimate interest is to efficiently answer any follow-up questions, provide technical support, or convince you of our products and services again as part of reacquisition efforts.

Your private messages transmitted electronically (via email) will be irrevocably deleted from our servers with the next server update, but no later than 6 months.

Note: We delete your personal data when the contractual relationship with you is terminated, all mutual claims have been fulfilled, and there are no other legal retention obligations or legal grounds for storage.

The storage of all your data is password-protected and encrypted, inaccessible to third parties.

YOUR RIGHTS 5.1 Information, Correction, Deletion, etc.

We are happy to provide you with information about whether and which personal data of yours is stored by us and to whom we may have disclosed it. In accordance with legal provisions, you can assert the following additional rights: correction, deletion, restriction of processing (blocking for specific purposes), and data portability.

5.2 Right to object to direct advertising, etc.

If we process data based on a so-called balancing of interests, you have the right to object to this processing at any time for reasons arising from your particular situation. In particular, you have the right to object to the processing for advertising purposes.

5.3 Right of withdrawal

If you have given us separate consent to process your personal data, you can revoke this consent at any time. The legality of the processing of your data up to the point of revocation remains unaffected by the revocation.
