Glucose-Fructose Syrup ( F9, F20, F30, F42 )
Full calory sweeteners, mixtures of glucose and fructose syrups, those have typically more than 9% fructose. Less sweet than sugar (saccharose) providing high viscosity and characterized mouthfeel. The various glucose-fructose syrups can function well in different applications due to synergies in combination with sugar. Waterlike or yellowish colour, supplied in insulated bulk tanker or IBC.
