Within the macronutrients, we offer functional, non-allergen starches for various food applications. Native, pregelatinized or modified starches are in the selection upon demand. Parameters in water binding, viscosity in swelling dynamics, enzymatic conversion or retrogradation are of key importance. In non-food applications, like for packaging and paper industry, proper starches are offered. We see bright outlook for starches in the bioplastic and 3D printing raw materials.
